The World as we will Know It: Chapter 1

In the far future, humans had still roamed the earth. The earth remained the same for a long time. But in some parts of the earth, mystical forces came upon them. Magics were released, as well as dimensional hot spots for portals from other parts of the universe to come in. Demons and other supernatural creatures were welcomed through the portals from other dimensions in the universe. Humans were terrified. However, in every generation there is a chosen one. She alone will stand against the vampires, the demons, and all the forces of darkness. She is the slayer. They came upon existence shortly after mystical powers came upon the earth. Everytime a slayer had died, a next girl would take her place. She saves the world from all it's harm that could come to it. However, one slayer failed to save the world. She died without anyone to take her place. Her name was Buffy Summers. She had lived in Sunnydale, California. Buffy and her friends fighted demons everynight. One night, she and her friends patroled and found an unknown demon. Within one strong blow, she had lost her life. No one knew what it looked like, for all witnessess as to seeing the demon had died sooner or later. That demon did nothing but destory everything. It went to downtown Los Angeles and hunted down a vampire that was cursed with a human soul named Angel. Long ago, he was a human named Liam. Now he and his friends were also a crime-fighting team against the forces of evil. He too had died along with his friends. The demon in fact wiped out one third of the world's population until it fell into a portal caused by the Powers That Be.

Amoung all the worlds with demons and mystical creatures, there was a group. Together, they become powers that can access most anything. They owned all the magics created, established prophecies, recorded everything that happened within the worlds, and they could even go back in time. But their powers can not be taken for granted. They could not simply make the world perfect. It was hard work, trying to control everything that happened between all the dimensions known to anyone. They were called the Powers That Be. The place where they resided was infact unkown. Although they were had figures, they were not completely visible for anyone to see. Some called them ghosts. Some angels. Some never knew.

One day, a portal suddenly appeared. It was the same demon that wiped out one third of the world. Of course no one knew it was it that destroyed many.
It roared at every human that stared at it. It had kept a close watch on the humans. In fact, too close. It wandered the streets, broke into the homes, followed a few people along their path. The humans became worried, that the demon might stay there and haunt them. From the demon's point of view, he had many things going on in its mind.

"Look at these humans," he told himself. "They're so...happy. But why? They adapt to their new environment so quickly. It's like nothing had ever changed in their life." He and his kind had devoloped a power. All his thoughts would enter the minds of his kind. Listening, feeling, seeing exactly what he had. "Haha. They can no longer be happy. They are becoming too perfect. No one can ever have this much happiness! I should do something. So that our kind can be happy too. Hmmm." he thought. He had once again followed the humans, but more of them became aware of him. When he thought he knew the answer he created a giant fire on a giant torch of sticks. The humans were aware of what he had done. He waved it in the sky, attracting attention from everyone.

Once everyone gathered and followed him into a place where everybody could see. He shouted loud and clear, "Humans!!! Infants, children, adults!!! Hear me!!! Your happiness will not endure!!!" suddenly, many had gasped. "For I know what will break your happiness!!! Starting from the very next moment," more of his kind entered the new human world from a magical portal. They spread around the humans. "until when the sun will set on the 7th day, the earth will shake! In the very middle of your world, it will separate! The west will fall away from the east side! Between it will be nothing. There will be no way for you to connect with each other. For anyone that will so much as try to go over to the other side will fail! You will fall into nothingness! You will be lost! Forever! Hahahahaha!!!" Everyone panicked and screamed. They couldn't believe that someone would taunt them like this.

The Powers That Be were listening about what was going on in the human world.
"WHAT!?" cried one of the members. "How can this happen!? Marcus!!! I thought you were supposed to control that dimension!!!"
"Sorry! I would have called you, but you were too busy laughing at the vampire underworld!!!" said Marcus.
"How dare you mock me!"
"Sorry, oh mighty one."
"Now, we must devise a plan of some sort. I need Kan. KAN!!! GET OVER HERE!!!"
"You called, mighty one?" asked Kan.
"Yes, yes. Now what shall we do about the human world?" asked the mighty one.
"Well...uh..." thought Kan.
"What?" asked Marcus.
"I was thinking, what if we had 2 humans and maybe others to help and join the earth together. We cannot interfere with the worlds, but we can do something."
"Alright, we shall ressurect the heroes." said the mighty one.
"Heroes? Which ones?" asked Kan.
"Buffy Anne Summers and her friends, and Angel, once called Liam, and his friends." said the mighty one.
"But..." said Marcus.
"It's the only plan we have." said the mighty one.
"So it will be," said Kan. "We will reincarnate the 2."
