Reliving Passion: Out For A Walk
by Opposites Attract
The candle wavered in the slight brezze, casting odd shadows across Riley's face. Faith smiled. He looked so hot when half his face was shrouded in darkness. In fact, he looked so hot all the time.
"This was such a great idea. You know what? I've never been on a proper date in my whole life," Faith sighed.
"For real? What did you do? Oh, wait..." Riley shifted uncomfortably and looked at his folded hands.
"Don't sweat it, R-Man. I was glad I had my first with you." Faith leaned across the table and gave him a little peck on the cheek. Riley caught her face between his hands and forced her lips against his in a more passionate embrace.
"That's how you kiss," he whispered.
Faith grabbed him roughly by the collar and knocked everything off the table, plates breaking against the concrete floor. Faiht hrew Riley on his back on top of the table. She straddled him and kissed him hard and passionately. She tore his shirt in half in one quick motion.
"No, this is how you kiss."
*~*~*~*~*
Willow knocked on the door of Buffy's apartment, shifting on the balls of her feet.
"Don't be so nervous," scolded Kennedy. 'It's Buffy."
"I know, I know, but I haven't seen her since Sunnydale went boom. People I know have a tendacy to change face a lot quicker than other people other people know," Willow laughed. She knocked again. "Buffy? You home?"
"Just a sec!" Willow heard Buffy's vocie call from behind the door. In a few seconds, Buffy answered the door, running a towel trough her wet hair. "Will, Kenn! You're here! Come on in! Got the couch all set up for guys to crash for a few days. Or weeks. Possibly even years." Buffy moved to let them in. Kennedy went about with Buffy as she gave Kenn the tour, Willow put the bags on the pull out bed.
"Nice apartment, Buff."
"Thanks. Its not much, but it'll do 'till I can get back down to Rome."
Buffy joined Willow on the bed. Kennedy layed down beside Willow.
"So, Buffy, Willow tells me you have a honey down in Rome. That true?"
"She told you this, did she? Well, I did. I used to. Dawn's still down there. I have to get back after this over."
"So, why are you up here anyway, Buff? Who's in New York?"
"Faith and Riley. Together. Yeesh." Buffy gave a violent shudder that made both Kennedy and Willow laugh.
"Wait, you're not for real... Oh my God. Yeesh." Willow gave an identical shudder. "That's just... not a nice picture to be having."
"Yeah, well you didn't have it painted for you."
"Glad to say I didn't."
"Say, let's go find them. Get a whole big Scooby party in before we have to save the world. Sound workable to you?"
"Sounds way workable to me."
*~*~*~*~*
Buffy laughed as she caught up with her best friend and her best friend's girlfriend, a Slayer she had helped train.
"They went to this fancy, smancy place on the Boulevard called Le Tote De Paire."
"The Mouth of Paris? Are you sure that's what it's called?"
"Yeah. Look."
Buffy pointed to the neon sign of the resteraunt.
"It's a real romantic place," she added. "They're probably out in the courtyard making love." Buffy smiled at her own joke as Willow and Kennedy gave each other 'What's she talking about?' looks.
When they entered the back, Riley and Faith's activities became all to clear.
"I didn't mean for real!"
*~*~*~*~*
"Uh, B!" Faith clammered off the table, pulling up her skirt. "We were just... Out for a walk!"
Riley jumped to his feet, zipped his pants and strieghtened his tie. "Buffy, Willow, uh?"
"Kennedy," Kennedy offered.
"Kennedy," Riley nodded. "Nice to see you... When I'm not on top of a table doing things you probably wish you hadn't seen..."
"You guys need some time? We wanted to go down to the Grog and get our dance on."
"The Grog?"
"Yeah, new club. You guys comin'?"
"Hell yeah!"
