I can't say it to your face,
so I'm writing it down.
But how can I explain to you,
what I, myself, don't understand?
I can only say to you
that you make me smile,
that you put me at peace,
that I want to be near you.
Maybe I'm in love with you.
Maybe I'm fooling myself.
You are truely a friend.
You held my hand,
when I needed it.
I hope I've managed
to return the favor.
You always understood
when I asked something of you.
And now, in the end,
I have but a few words.
