Dawn!: Chapter 13

Andrew bravely hobbled up the stairs to the Summer's residence. He was about to knock on the front door when he heard faint sobbing noises coming from nearby. He immediately recognised them belonging to his beloved Dawn.

He peeked around the corner of the house, mouth agape at the sight. Dawn was sobbing uncontrolably, her face hidden in her hands. Her whole body shook violently because she was crying so hard. He scooted up a little farther until another figure entered his line of vision. It was a guy.

*that nust be her boyfriend* he thought angrily.

The guy stood with his arms crossed, staring angrily at Dawn.

"You obviously must of done something to lead him on!" He shouted.

"No D-Dave, I swear, I-I didn't she studdered between sobs.

"Don't lie to me! We else would that little nerd boy be following you around evrywhere with puppy eyes!" Dave shouted. "You saw the way he acted in the weapon store! He's practically in love with you!"

This was all very confusing to Dawn. She could barley keep from colapsing on the ground. In fact, she did.

"I didn't do anything. I s-swear, Dave. I-I wouldn't do t-that..." She sobbed. Dave stooped down and slapped her clear across the face. She cried out and on instinct, Andrew started forward, but quickly stopped himself. Unfortunately, he snapped a branch beneath his feet. Dave turned and glared at him.

"You!!" he shouted angrily.

Andrew stood frozen in his spot. He was never more scared in his life.
