(Cordelia casually walks back in)

Cordelia: Angel, I put the dress in the car and-

Xander: (interrupts) You are dating Angel?

Cordelia: (looks at Whistler) Who told?

Angel: I did, it wasn’t Whistler for a change.

Cordelia: Oh okay

Xander: You couldn’t get a living guy so you date (points to Angel) him?

Cordelia: (yelling) I LOVE ANGEL AND WE WORK WELL TOGETHER!

Xander: I won’t stand for this!

Willow: Xander!

Oz: Man, she’s happy, cool it.

Buffy: Xander, its none of your business.

Angel: When you are all finished yelling, can I say something?

Buffy: What?

Angel: Okay. Yes Cordy and I love each other. But we are in love with other people.

Xander and Buffy together: Huh?

Angel: There is a big difference between loving someone and being in love with someone.

Xander: I don’t get it.

Cordelia: Look, Angel and I love each other but we are in love with…

Willow: Who?

Oz: I think I know.

Willow: (realizes it) Oh.

Buffy: Who?

Willow: You.

Xander: Huh?

Whistler: What they are trying to say is that Buffy, Angel is in love with you and Xander, Cordy is in love with you.

Buffy: Oh, it all makes sense now.

Xander: I know the feeling.

Buffy: Why didn’t you guys ever tell us. Things could have turned out differently.

Angel: I still would of left for LA, but for Cordy’s part, I don’t know.

Cordelia: Well, I was gonna tell him at the Prom, but then Wesley came over and….

Xander: So you didn’t tell me you were in love with me because a guy with two last names walked over and asked you to dance.

Cordelia: Yeah, Sorry

Angel: Oh, back to the old subject, (turns to Whistler) you wanna do the ritual?

Whistler: Sure, why not.

Willow: What Ritual?

Cordelia: The one to make you guys immortal.

Xander: Why aren’t you and Angel included?

Angel: We were already made immortal.

Oz: Cool. Let’s do it.

Whistler: Okay, all of you gather in a circle.

Willow, Oz, Buffy, and Xander form a circle.

Whistler: Giles, would you hold this candle.

Giles: Sure.

Whistler, Angel, Giles, and Cordelia make a box around the circle of friends. Whistler starts to speak.

Whistler: Almighty elders of the immortal council. Make these four immortals. They shall join Angel and Cordelia in the fight against the Darkness. The witch, the werewolf, the slayer, and the soldier shall join the two and create the “FORVEVER SIX”.

A blue mist starts to circle around Buffy, Willow, Oz, and Xander. All so suddenly the mist goes up and then goes into the bodies of the four. Seconds later the four-drop to the floor unconscious.

Giles: What is happening?

Cordy: They’re dying. They’ll come back to life in a few minutes stronger than ever.

Angel: Cordy, while we are waiting, why don’t you take the car and go get some Chinese. They are gonna be hungry when they get up.

Cordelia leaves
