This is a cover for my BtVS / Authority crossover story Jenny The Vampire Slayer, one of the earliest pieces of fanfic I wrote; it's basically the Slayer's Scythe (from the cover of Fray) grafted onto one of the Jenny Sparks covers, with some extension of the plinth, lettering changes, etc.

I had to use an existing scan of the Jenny Sparks cover since I couldn't find my copy, and found it on-line; I scanned the scythe for myself. Lots of fiddly bits getting it to work, but it would have been better if I could have started with a larger picture of the cover. Small spoiler - there's a little artistic license since the scythe doesn't actually appear in the story. The scythe is also shown as a larger weapon than depicted on TV or in Fray.
