My mother. Now that is a topic. I loved my mother more than life. She worked all day and three nights a week just to support us. That meant that she was gone an awful lot, but when I needed her most she was there.
The first few years of my life were spent in my mothers arms. She hated to leave me alone to go to work, but eventually she was forced to. So I stayed home with my Aunt Willow and her son Daniel. Sometimes I was angry at my mother for being gone so much. It was then that Aunt Willow would tell me that me mother loved me and that I shouldn't be angry at her. This made Willow my most favorite aunt.
Three days out of the month I spent the day with Aunt Cordilia. She was pregnant with the first set of twins when I was about four. Her husband Uncle Xander was my favorite uncle. He would alway tell me to come to him if I needed avise on girls. Then Aunt Cordy would tell me not to listen to him.
I spent weekends with my mother at PapaRuperts house. He and mother would talk in his study while I read books in his study. This caused a lot of controversy when I started school. They wouldn't put me in a higher class even thought I was smart enough to go into second grade instead of kintergarten. Mother argued, but they wouldn't listen.
Then there was the fact that she didn't want to send me to school at all. She was scared that someone would take me. I assured her that I would be fine, I knew the rules about strangers.
The teacher thought that I was a show off and the kids didn't like me because I was quiet. Mother understood. She hadn't had many friends either.
