Running Away: Running Away

I don't own anything. All i did was write this. Joss Whedon owns Buffy the Vampire Slayer series hich gave me the idea for the poem.

This is my first try, please be patient.

I think something is behind me,
I don't know what it is.
I slowly turn
I see nothing
I have been running
From nothing
I awaken with a start
It was just a dream
As usual
I know that people think that
I'm crazy
Or wierd
But can I prove them wrong?
I can't tell my friends
They won't understand
They don't have the world depending on them
Like I do.
All I know is
I can't tell anyone
Nobody understands
All i know is that I'm running away.
My dream was telling me something
Except I try to run ay from them
I'm runnng from my dreams
The ones that scare me
All i know is
I have to move on
I now remember the dreams
I'm running
I'm running from the past;
The past got me killed
I'm scared of the future;
Will I get killed,
Or will I get my frends killed?
I try to move on
But who will I hurt next?
The dreams are holding me back
I wish I could run away from the dreams
Run away from it all
But in the dreams I'm running away
From both the past and the future
I'm running away
I've now run so far
I can't run anymore.
Who will I hurt next?
Will it be with another profesy or
will it be my own fault?
