Ever since I laid my eyes upon you,
You had my attention from the start.
And when I got to truly know you,
You took away my heart.
You have pieces of me within you
You complete me in ways, I never knew.
And now that you have so much of me,
I can't remember what life was like without you.
Even though, right now,
You don't feel that way about me.
I won't stop loving you,
For too much of me is inside you.
I hope that one day, the sun will shine on my face
When you are looking upon me.
And whether or not, you truly love me.
I can't live to be without you.
Your presence,
Your face,
Your friendship
Means everything to me.
Your the symbol of what I want my life to be
and I can't stand to not be around you
Even if I'm never in the light.
