"Uuh" Lilith grunted as Spike punched her in the stomache. She didn't stop moving though. She continued to punch him and kick him until she couldn't breathe anymore, and then she started all over again. She needed to be ready for Amethyst when she got to Sunnydale. This was going to be her big chance to show them that she was a true slayer. A slayer worthy of being trained by the all mighty Buffy (that was a sarcastic thought). Lilith couldn't help feeling that the Scoobies were always judging her. Always comparing her to the other Slayer. "Guys get out here now." Dawn said, interrupting Liliths thoughts as the young girl bursted into the training room.

"What did you find?" asked Buffy as she came down from her room. "Giles and the council faxed us everything they could dig up on Amethyst." Buffy nodded "And what did they find?" she asked, growing impatient. "Like Spike said Amethyst is really, really, old and the Masters sister and sire. What he didn't tell or us is that she was a direct fledgiling of Aurelius himself. They sent us the pages from a prophecy regarding Amethyst, the hellmouth, and the slayer that Willows trying to decipher right now." Tara answered. Buffy smiled a little. "Okay. I'm going to go patrol for a while, see if the vampire bitch has shown up yet." Spike looked at her, alarmed. "I should go with you. Amethyst is no ordinary vampire." Buffy shook her head. "And I'm no ordinary slayer. I've died twice for gods sake. You should stay here and keep training with Lilith while the guys decipher that prophecy thingy." Spike glared at her but Buffy held her ground. "Fine then. I love you." he bent down and kissed her, wondering why it felt like it would be the last time he would ever see her alive. "I love you too." she whispered as she walked out the door.

Buffy wandered through the streets twirling her stake through her fingers like a baton. So far not a single vamp had shown it's face.*(Creepy)* she thought as a chill ran through her body. She turned around slowly, afraid of what she might find. She looked up at Amethyst and raised her eyebrows. "At least you're not as ugly as your brother was." Amethyst's eyes hardened, turning an even deeper shade of violet. "How dare you."she said with venom in her voice. Buffy smirked, her fear fading away as the slayer inside her got pumped up for the battle to come. "He killed me. I dare a lot." she stepped up close to the vampire, so close that their noses would touch if Buffy was a lot taller. "And now I kill you." Amethyst laughed, amused and then she punched Buffy in the face, sending the Slayer into the walls of a brick building before Buffy could even blink. Buffy got up and ran towards the vampire, jumping up high and kicking her in the face. Amethyst staggered back then retaliated by grabbing Buffy by the arms and throwing her into a pile of 2 by 4rs. Buffy jumped back up and ran at Amethyst punching the vampire left and right, so fast that if you had blinked you might have missed it. But Amethyst didn't even flinch. Buffy stopped in dismay. She had been going at the vampire bitch with everything she had but she'd barely been able to touch her. *Now would be a good time to go away* Buffy decided as she gave the vampire one last dirty look before running off as fast as she could.
