“You wanna fry a witch!” said Amy “I’ll give you a witch! Goddess Hecate, work thy will, before thee let the unclean thing crawl!”

Willow and Buffy’s mothers both turned into rats.

“Sorry” whispered Amy to Willow and Buffy who were both shocked

“A-ah, yeah. Untie us and put the fire out―” said Willow

“Yeah, put the fire out o-or you’ll all be rats!” said Buffy

“N-no” said one of the people in the crowd

“Okay then” said Amy. She recited the spell and the person who had spoken before turned into a rat!

“As you can see” said Buffy nervously “We’re serious about the rat thing”

“Yes” said a man “but now you’ve proved that you witches!”

“Okay then” Said Amy “Goddess Hecate―”

“A-a-ah, I take it back! You’re not witches, you’re just normal people like the rest of us” he said nervously

“Yes” said a woman “ we’ll untie you now!”

Hansel and Gretel appeared “Burn the bad girls! They hurt us!”

“We’ll turn you into rats!” said Willow

Three people ran forward and untied Buffy, Willow and Amy. They were very careful with Amy because they were afraid she would turn them into rats.

Buffy ran over to where the rat that was really her mum was and picked her up, Willow did the same with her mum. They walked out the door, completely forgetting the third rat.

“Amy, do you think you could turn my mum back?” Said Buffy

“Yeah, mine too” Added Willow, “In a few weeks of course”

“Um, I’ll try” replied Amy
