Helping me through: Chapter eight

by always angel

Lena stormed into her apartment and slammed the

door in anger, causing it shake violently in its frame

Oops, maybe she did that a little too hard. She

checked the frame for damage and when she didn't

see any she walked to her bedroom. That guy,

Spike, had really pissed her off. Where the hell did he

get off telling her that she didn't have a life?

Didn't he know that she was aware of that? When she

had been telling him what her life

was like she had realized how boring it was. All she

did was go to class, study and patrol.

God could she be anymore pathetic?

There was a time when her life had

consisted of much more than that. Pep

R alleys, football games, band practice, but that was a

long time ago. Now her life was

dull and boring and Spike hadn't hesitated to point that out. Ugg! He was so annoying

with his tight clothes, deep blue eyes, and sexy british

accent. Ok so he was attractive

she'd give him that. She'd have to be blind not to have

noticed how good looking he was.

But she really did think he was annoying, not to

mention the fact that he was a vampire.

Him having a soul really didn't change that. It just

meant he was different than the other

vampires she came across. Why, then, couldn't she

get him off her mind?
