I managed to take a long time to actually decide to weigh in on this subject. That's odd, since, as a guy, it's a subject near and dear to my heart.

20. Kate Lockley - She was hotter after she transferred to that different police department - what do you mean that was a whole other unrelated show?

4. Lilah - During the corruption of Wes phase Lilah was just about irresistable. I would have changed allegiances.
3. Cordelia - Based on pure physical perfection. We can let the bitchiness slide.
