“Angel”, Buffy said happily when she saw him enter the Bronze. She ran over to him and threw her arms around him.

“Buffy”, his tone made her smile quickly fade.

“Uh-oh. I know that look. And it’s never good”.

“Come outside”, Angel took Buffy’s hand and led her outside. He put his hands on her shoulders and looked at her seriously. “It’s Spike”.

“Great. What is he up to now”.

“He’s taken Nikki and Giles”.

“Who’s taken them”, Xander’s voice came from behind them.

“Spike”, Buffy informed him before turning her attentions back to Angel. “Why?”

“All I know is that it’s for some ritual. We need to find them quick. If we don’t...” Angel looked at her sadly.

“Okay”, Buffy took control of the situation. “First we need to find out where he could have taken them”.

“The factory”, Angel suggested.

“Then that’s where we’ll go. Xander, you get the others and meet us in the library”, she turned on her heel and headed towards the library, followed closely by Angel. “Spike is going down”.
