Why am I here?
When will somebody tell me?
Tell me what it matters
Why I should care
I’m alone
Left out
Behind somehow
Am I even real?
Does anyone even see?
Feel my presence?
When I speak
Why won’t anybody hear me?
Is this all?
All life has to give?
Will it be worth it?
The fights
The tears
The screams
That no one seems to hear
I now know...
It will never change...
Never stop
An everlasting
Never-ending story
But then what is the alternative?
Giving up?
Not even try
Just waste away...
Letting this take me over?
I can’t...
I won’t
