Orange: Orange

Orange had never been her color, really. It was one of the things she hated here. The shapeless, unflattering, cotton blouse they made her wear. Of course, you wouldn't wanna wear something that you'd wear out there, in here. She wanted to draw as little attention to herself as she possibly could, it was easier that way. Living here had gotten pretty quiet after those first couple of fights. As soon as the others had found out that she could pretty much knock them out with one single punch, they had left her alone, just like she wanted them to. She wasn't here to make friends.
She was here to, and oh she hated to sound just like Angel, redeem. She was sorry for what she did, and she had to make up for it by going to this place. She just wished it didn't have to take this long. Guess she should've thought of that before, huh? Oh well...
In many ways life in prison was just like you saw it in the movies. During the day you did the job they made you do or worked out a bit, and there was only one difference really with the movies. In the movies they made it look interesting. And it wasn't, it really wasn't.
So Faith lay awake every night, fighting the urge to get up, knock the guards out and escape. She just wanted to fucking slay something! But she never did. Instead, every morning, she got up, got dressed, putting on that ugly orange blouse. God, she hated orange...
