Part Three
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Buffy, I can't believe you're making me wear this yucky........uh... dress!", Willow Rosenberg stared down in horror at the slinky leopard print dress that clung to her like skin. "Trust me, it's all for the good of mankind.", Buffy Summers frowned as she stuck another hairpin into Willow's hair. "Look, do you want Xander to notice you or not?"
Willow sighed. "Yes, I do." "Well, then! Be still and let me finish... There!", Buffy surveyed her work with supreme satisfaction. "Xander hasn't been to school for a whole week. I can't believe he'd go to the Bronze so soon after the mumps." For a moment, Buffy's eyes clouded but the moment passed so quickly that Willow didn't even notice. "Look, all you have to do is walk up to him and ask him to dance. The dress speaks for itself. Before the night is over, he'll be yours forever." Willow allowed herself to dream about that. She smiled. "Mine, forever and ever." She dreamily added another layer of lipstick.

Later At The Bronze:
"Oz!", Willow was so startled that she almost dropped her glass. "What are you doing here?" Oz laughed as he put an arm around her waist. "I missed my girl.", he kissed her on the cheek. "You look beautiful tonight", he whispered in her ear. Willow gave him a weak smile. "Thanks, it's so sweet of you to come."
Buffy studied the people dancing in the Bronze. Xander was supposed to be here an hour ago. She was worried. A week before, when Giles had sent Xander on the Mission, they had all agreed that Willow shouldn't be told because she might try to stop him. She noticed Willow dancing closely with Oz. On second thought, maybe it was better that Xander hadn't made an appearance.
She almost screamed a moment later when a hand clamped over her mouth. "If you wanna see your little friend again, slayer, I suggest you follow me out quietly. No lil' hanky panky now." Buffy would recognise that voice anywhere. She didn't say anything but slipped out of the club. She turned to face her abductor of sorts.
"Nice to see you again, Dru."
Drusilla stroked the hair of her doll and smiled, showing white fangs. Buffy yawned. "Hey listen, I know you're lonely and you need someone to whine to but I don't have time to waste so just tell me what you want."
Dru grinned. "Fine then, Slayer.", she'd grabbed Buffy around the neck before she realised what was happening. "Dru, Dru, Dru....", Angelus clucked happily as he walked out of the shadows.
