Future Imperfect: Wedding Day

Buffy thought she would never see this day. And with these two people. She had long accepted the idea. It's been five years since her hometown as sucked into the ground.

PRIEST-
"Do you, Alexander Lavelle Harris take this woman to be your wife."

XANDER-
"I do."

PRIEST-
"And do you, Dawn Joyce Summers take his man to be your husband."

DAWN-
"I do."

PRIEST-
"Then with the power infested in me, I now pronounce you, husband and wife. Xander, you may kiss your bride."

They kiss, and Buffy wipes away a tear away from her cheek. She looks over at Giles, who gave Dawn away, and he looks so proud. Willow and Kennedy are hugging each other, and Willow is crying for joy. This is the happiest day Buffy can remember, but she knows it won't last long.
