A Trip to Hogwarts: Kiss Me Now

“Professor Dumbledore, do you have any idea what all this could mean?” Giles asked as they entered Dumbledore’s office. Giles had just finished recounting to him the details of all that had happened surrounding the mysterious mark.
“I haven’t the foggiest but I do admit it does look oddly familiar,” Dumbledore said, examining the mark more closely. Before Giles could answer the question on his mind Dumbledore answered him, “And I don’t believe it’s Voldermort. He would want everyone to know it was him. He’s not one to leave his work unaccredited and this symbol is not his.”

“So love are you going to invite me in?” Spike said with a knowing smirk as her held Buffy’s hand. They were standing in front the entrance to Buffy’s room.
“Yeah, right,” she said, turning away but Spike caught and kissed her. When they pulled away they both wore a smile on their faces and Buffy allowed him to come into her room.

“You left this,” Angel said standing near the threshold to Cordelia’s room and holding one of her bags.
“Go, don’t you knock,” Cordelia blurted out. He had scared her, popping out of no where like that, “Why are you just standing there.”
“I need an invitation.”
“Oh, right. I invite you in.”
“Thanks,” Angel said, coming into her room and closing the door behind him. He walked over and handed her the bag and then turned to leave.
“What’s your trauma?”
“Excuse me.”
“You heard me what’s your deal?”
“I don’t understand.”
“Buffy and Spike have barley known each other and already they’re well ‘knowing’ each other.”
“And I need to know this because….”
“How long does a girl have to wait? I get that you have all eternity but I don’t mister,” Angel laughed, “This is not funny.”
“You’re adorable.”
“Thanks.”
“I like you Cordelia but I can’t really get to ‘know’ you…..”
“Why not?”
“Because I’ll turn evil and I’m a vampire so it wouldn’t work.”
“Stop making lame excuses,” Cordy said, pushing him on to the bed and straddling him. Angel was about to say something but Cordelia quickly silenced him with her lips.

“You like Connor don’t you?” Hermione asked as she got into her bed next to Dawn’s.
“Is that obvious?”
“No.”
“Do you like Harry?”
“No….Ron,” both girls smiled knowingly, “I hear they’re going to have a Yule Ball this year.”
“Really?”
“Yeah.”
“Maybe Ron will ask you?”
“Maybe Connor will ask you?”

“Ahh…here’s something. Oh dear,” Dumbledore said.
“What is it?” Giles asked taking the book from him.
“A prophecy I’m afraid.”
“There came a time when the planets and stars were in harmony. A time when that which was before shall be again. And that which was done will be done again. A time when a great beast shall crawl onto the land, a beast beyond defeat but not beyond loss. A beast who shall be vanquished by the pure of heart. Such a time shall come again. As surely as the stars will once again be in similar harmony. And this time another beast shall rise, a beat different in body but same in spirit, and like his brother of old he shall strive, to steal the moon, to consume the sun, and walk the earth. To see if he might strike a dagger into the heart of destiny,” Giles said, closing the book with a note of finality. He had just finished reading the prophecy to the others.
Xander raised his hand, “Yes, Xander.”
“That’s all good and well but what does it mean. Please tell me this thing came with a set of cliff notes.”
“I’m afraid not.”
“Bummer,” Cordelia said.
“We should all go to class. It won’t bode well for the teachers to be late on the first day,” Giles said. Everyone left but Buffy hung back with him, “Don’t worry, I’ll figure it.”
“Okay, but if this one says I die like the last one did. I don’t want to know.”
Giles smiled as she left the room.

Also note the prophecy was taken from the Buffy the vampire slayer book Night of the Livving Rerun but don't worry this story won't ruin that book if you haven't read it and it won't be the same if you have. It's completly different.
