The Island: Season One: Intro

This is a crossover between Buffy and Lost. The plan is to write this as a series, this being season one. Each “episode” will be broken down into at least two, possibly up to four parts. Do you have to watch Lost to get this? No. I’ll explain everything that’s necessary for you to know, though it probably will more or less follow the timeline of Lost for those of you who are fans of the show. I have to honestly say, I don’t know how well I’m going to handle this. There are a lot of characters to deal with, especially after adding in the characters from Buffy. For me, this attempt may be a complete bust, but who knows … we’ll see.

In addition, I dedicate 100% of my inspiration for this story to littlewiccan. If it weren’t for her fic Lost, it never would’ve occurred to me to attempt a crossover between these two shows. So, all I ask is that if you R&R this fic, you’d best check out littlewiccan’s as well because it really is an awesome story – very well written, easy to follow, and completely enjoyable. Again, you don’t have to know anything about Lost to read it. Everything you need to know is explained.
