ANGEL: Raining
by Quortoth
Chp; 15 Raining
Emma laid on the bed as the sun of day shined in through all the undraped windows onto her white skin. She moved slightly waking from her sleep. Emma turned over on the mattress onto her back to look at the ceiling. Emma sat up.
Emma changed her clothes, blue jeans and a black zip up sweater with a hood on the back. She put her hands in her pockets and walked around the Hotel. She passed Spike.
Spike laid in the bed of the room he occupied the night in. He had a beer in his hand and had no doubt passed out because there were other empty bottles on the night stand. Emma looked at him as he laid there.
She knew he was sad because she was angry with him. Emma wanted him to wake up. She went into his room and over to him so she could wake him up. Emma put her hand on his arm to wake him.
An electrical sensation shot through her hands. Emma couldn’t move her hand. She was blind of the world outside of her. She only saw what passed through her mind. Images rushed quickly. The voices like trains surging through her mind.
Spike, was outside her world gasping for air. Screams rained in Emma’s ears. Cries. People yelling for help.
Emma pulled away from Spike. He looked at her. Emma’s hand had blood on it from Spike. Spike’s arm had Emma’s hand burnt onto it. Spike was speechless as he looked at the mark, he looked at Emma, then his arm. Back and forth.
She couldn’t grasp what she just saw. Spike’s life flashed right before her eyes. Everything. She had quick glimpses not the whole thing. Emma knew the dialogue, Emma knew the deaths, the life.
“Whoa,” gasped Emma.
Wesley had returned that night. Wesley went to bed to sleep as he’d told Angel. But no, he didn’t. He sat on his bed thinking the whole night away. What to start with, what if the prophesies weren’t correct, what if something out there was really happening that they could stop. Wes racked his brain, drank, thought, wrote down till paper littered his bedroom floor.
Wesley paced the night. Walked off the drunkenness that he felt. He thought about everything he’d ever read about the end. All the prophesies. “A bunch of lies, messed up truth?”
There was a knock at the door, Wesley turned to the door abruptly. Wesley then looked around quickly. He started grabbing up his notes and stacking them nicely, “Don’t come in.”
Angel had already walked in, “Wes, everything alright?” asked Angel, “Did you sleep?”
Wesley put down the papers he had on his desk, “Unfortunately, not.”
“Why, is bothering you?” asked Angel, “Is it-”
“It’s not Fred,” said Wesley.
“Then what’s going on?” asked Wesley.
“I was thinking that’s all, about everything,” he started talking a little faster, “All at once, the prophesies, Wolfram & Hart. All of this right before me.”
“Calm down,” said Angel.
“I may not have room to calm down,” snapped Wesley.
“Are you drunk?” asked Angel.
“No,” said Wesley, “A little, but it’s not that.”
“Just lay down and have a long rest Wesley, you’ve probably have go jet lag, wait, do people get jet lag from going to Texas?” asked Angel.
“I suppose,” stated Wesley.
“Well, lay back, besides Wolfram & Hart trying to curse my ass, everything is fine, well, they tried to catch Emma and do a live autopsy in a moving vehicle on her, but other than that, everything is fine and dandy,” said Angel.
“Did Gunn get back here alright?” asked Wes.
“Yeah, he did,” said Angel, folding his arms.
“He left me there because he didn’t feel like it was his place,” said Wesley.
“That’s understandable,” replied Angel, “I wouldn’t.”
“I don’t want to talk about that,” said Wesley.
“That’s okay, we’re all still in that mood,” said Angel, they quiet for a long moment, “Oh, Emma and Spike are living here because Wolfram & Hart blew up there place so, that’s why they won’t leave.”
“Oh, okay,” said Wesley, “Spike seems a little down as of lately, I saw him drinking last night.”
“Well Buffy came, there was a thing and Emma went crazy after awhile and tried to murder them, but Conner snapped her out of it,” said Angel.
“Good to know,” stated Wesley, “A lot has happened.”
“Wolfram & Hart sent in a bunch of Mithle demons that ended up taking over and killing Emma, don’t worry, you’ve probably realized by now she came back, but I’ll leave you to some rest.”
Angel went down the stairs into the Lobby. Gunn was playing his video game and Spike came down the other stairs holding pressure to his stinging arm.
“What happened to you?” asked Angel.
“Something wrong, or weird, I don’t know,” said Spike, Emma was following Spike.
“Well what happened?” asked Gunn noticing he put his game down and came around the bar.
Spike showed them the bloody hand print on his arm. Emma’s hand print, right there. She felt bad.
“Show Angel,” said Spike.
“I don’t want to,” said Emma.
“Do it, we need you to,” said Spike.
“Fine,” Emma sighed.
Quickly Emma grabbed Angel’s face. Angel took in a gasp. He felt like he was going to faint, all the blood just drained out of his body. Like it go up and left. Angel gasped for air. His eyes were wide opened as he looked at the ceiling.
Emma looked like she was just looking at Angel but really she was taking in everything in Angel’s life. Emma felt her body rise as Angel’s felt like it was falling. Emma quickly pulled her hand off him.
Angel fell backwards, “Are you alright?” asked Gunn, “What the hell was all that?”
“My, my, my…. Life, right there, like I was-” stuttered Angel.
“Reliving it,” said Emma, “I saw it.”
“What, what?” asked Gunn, still confused, “I don’t understand.”
“Some how,” said Spike, “When Emma touches people she’s seeing their whole life and we’re reliving it too.”
“I’m not going to do it to Gunn,” said Emma.
“Hell na’,” said Gunn.
Emma put her hand over Spike’s wound and it healed then she did it to a reluctant Angel.
“What are we going to do?” asked Spike.
“I don’t know,” said Angel.
“I’m here to see a Wesley Wyndam Price,” said Waltz standing at the Entrance doors.
“Who are you?” asked Emma.
The day at Angel Inc. Had began quite weird, but the day out in the other parts of the world, like the park was beautiful. Sun out. Good breeze. Conner took Trish on a picnic. After they’d eaten the laid on the blanket. Trish laid her head on Conner’s chest.
“Conner,” Conner just kept looking up into the sky, “That was nice.”
Conner looked down at her, “Oh, uh, I’m glad you like it,” said Conner, He kissed her, “I did.”
Trish and Conner looked up at the sky, Trish came out with it, “You’re acting strange.”
“What?” asked Conner sitting up and he looking down to her.
“You’re acting strange Conner,” she said sincerely.
“I’m not acting strange,” said Conner in disbelief.
“You’ve been different, I love it, you’ve been giving me gifts, doing all kinds of things, flowers, picnics, but this is all of a sudden, it’s not you, I mean you also-”
“We’re going to be married soon, I want you to feel like my queen,” said Conner.
“I love you for everything you do, but sometimes, when I talk to you, I feel you’re not listening, like you’re not there,” she sighed.
“I’ve just bee really thinking,” said Conner.
“About what?” asked Trish.
Conner laid back down, “Work.”
“Last week you got called out of nowhere to go to Angel’s why?”
“Emma started killing again and I got her to stop so that’s all,” said Conner.
“We should be truthful with each other, tell each other everything,” said Trish, she had sat up and was looking down at him.
“I do tell you everything,” said Conner.
“That girl is always there, all the time Conner, are you still fighting?” asked Trish.
“No, not really, we’ve not been around each other that much,” said Conner.
“I see,” said Trish, “Do you think Emma is pretty, I mean, I’ve never seen her.”
“Why would you ask me that?” replied Conner sitting looking at her.
“Because, I’ve never seen her,” said Trish, “Describe her.”
“Why do we have to talk about her?” asked Conner.
“I want to know what she looks like.”
“Well,” said Conner, “She’s got big blue eyes, light brown hair, really thin, athletic, uh…”
“I didn’t ask if she was athletic,” said Trish.
“I don’t want to hear about Emma, today right now, is about me and you, you and me, Emma isn’t here, Emma hasn’t even ever met you,” said Trish.
“Well,” said Trish, she teased him, “If I ever meet this Emma I’m goanna beat her up for touching my future husband.”
Trish leaned into kiss him, “No you’re not,” he smiled leaning in and kissing her.
Wesley was with Waltz. In Wesley’s room. Wesley was still cleaning up.
“You haven’t told them?” questioned Waltz.
Wesley looked at him, “Because, I don’t know what to say.”
“What to say, dear lord, we are truly in an apocalypse,” said Waltz.
“So, I’ve got a lot on my plate,” said Wesley.
“You’re plate doesn’t matter Wes, not like the human’s, all of them-”
“I know this,” said Wesley tossing on of his books on his bed, “I need to figure out why Emma is seeing people she touches lives, figure out what Wolfram & Hart is doing, god.”
“It’s probably not best to take your time that’s all, I examine the girl and bring over a good vampire employee of mine and you get on looking up what Wolfram & Hart is doing.”
“What about This Harvester?” asked Wesley.
“I’ll let you tell them,” said Waltz.
Emma was sitting on a chair in the lobby while a man named Simon was asking her questions. Waltz vampire maybe. Spike and Angel were in Angel’s office talking with Waltz.
“So where do you come from?” asked Spike.
“London, ex-watcher’s council member, I work in science field now,” said Waltz.
“Where?” asked Spike.
“Government, don’t worry, I keep these things private, severely,” said Waltz.
“Why should we trust you?” asked Angel.
“Because, I’m one of Wes’ oldest friends I wouldn’t go against him,” replied Waltz, “I wouldn’t betray his trust.”
“What’s this government test thingy goanna help and why’s that man that came with this Simon dude, why’s he a vampire.”
“Government finds it’s ways, plus, well, he’s got a chip in his head,” said Waltz, he knew enough about Spike to say just the right things.
“Chips all around,” said Spike folding his arms.
“Have you ever been bungee jumping?” asked Simon.
“No,” replied Emma.
“Do you smoke or have ever smoked?” asked Simon.
“No,” stated Emma.
“Do you eat salmon?”
Emma sighed, “No, again.”
“Are or have you ever been a plant?” questioned Simon as he wrote things down on his notepad.
“No,” said Emma.
“She’s more gifted then we thought,” said Spike as they watched Simon ask Emma questions, while the vampire that was brought was dumping salt in his blood drink.
“Yeah If you call it a gift, add more to her ammo for bad talking people. She knows everyone’s life, I don’t think these questions matter though,” said Angel.
“Are you or have you ever been sexually active?” asked Simon.
“Nope,” said Emma.
“Are you or have you ever been sexually active with a lizard?” asked Simon.
Emma gave him a disgusted look, “No.”
“Are you or have you ever drunken alcoholic beverages?” questioned Simon.
“No,” said Emma, “Get onto something that not so stupid.”
“Alright that’s all of them. Now, let’s try vampire weaknesses,” said Simon.
Emma shrugged her shoulders and the vampire brought over a bad with him.
“She can so far go outside so I don’t think you have to test that,” said Spike.
The vampire put some gloves on then opened his bag. He grabbed a bible out of his bag and handed it to Emma. Emma held it, Simon wrote down some stuff. The vampire to the bible back.
Waltz had a vile of blood from taking it from Emma. He put it into a little hook up and into his computer. Waltz looked at the weird lined graphs on the screen. He whistled in disbelief. But they just kept watching the tests.
The vampire waved a cross around her. He put that away. He then out of nowhere practically. He threw holy water on her.
Emma just looked at him like he was some kind of fool, “You bloomin’ asshole,” she grabbed him quickly by the neck and held on for a long moment. She looked at the vampire angrily as the vampire started gasping for breath then he went into dust. Emma dusted off her hands.
The looked at her.
“That ability can kill,” said Simon, “I think we should be able to say hmm….”
“Can I leave, I’ve already had holy water thrown on me, which was rude,” said Emma.
“Yes,” said Simon.
Emma leapt off the table and walked out of the room.
“I’m worried,” replied Simon.
“What’s wrong with her?” questioned Spike.
“Nothing completely, well it’s odd that way,” said Waltz, “She’s healthy.”
“Explain,” said Spike.
“Her heart beat is normal stronger then mosts, she doesn’t seem to be human at all, her regenerative abilities are ‘wow’,” said Waltz as Waltz read from the clipboard Simon just handed him.
“Okay, anything else that’s supposed to mean?” asked Angel.
“She’s going to live forever looking the way she does. Immortality,” said Simon grabbing his coat, “Waltz, I’ll see you at work later.”
“Okay,” replied Waltz.
“What?” asked Spike.
“She’s going to live forever,” said Waltz, “I never seen these numbers, her heart has restarted itself 72 times in the past 5 years. Examining her muscles she’ll be one gitty million year old if the world lasts that long, plus she has very few weaknesses, and we like to see that.”
“When Simon was questioning her it seems that she was very willing to talk about her life,” said Waltz looking at the clipboard, “She’s hostile, homicidal, suicidal, and scared him a little bit when telling him out to clean up a- well that’s not good, and we move on. And finally her senses are great, perfect.”
“So this is just some kind of ability she’s going to have to adapt to?” asked Angel.
“Exactly,” said Waltz.
Spike looked at the laptop on the bar, “What’s that mean?”
“White blood cell counts, she’s off the charts, muscle patterns, that what we got,” said Waltz.
“Well,” said Angel, “Just another normal day at Angle Inc.”
Hamilton was looking at the marble sarcophagus. He was living his last days in this Temple. There was a thrown beyond where the Sarcophagus had been sat. Hamilton dusted it off and sat down. No one was with him in that room, no one.
“I could just start the process now,” said Hamilton, “I don’t have to listen to Lilah.” Hamilton stood up and walked over to the sarcophagus, “My life slipping through my hands, a shame.”
He looked at the torches around him, the coffins. All their rows. Hamilton looked down at the shells of the sarcophagus. “What if I were to open the coffin, I’m strong, just pick up the top and see what would happen.”
Hamilton looked at it’s thin layer of dust and went to the side of it. Where it’d looked like there was some form of an opening, a place to lift from. “I shouldn’t, but,” started Hamilton, “Marcus Hamilton, son of a great man, father and husband of none, I hear by say that you’re dead.”
Hamilton adjusted his fingers along the sarcophagus edge. He wasn’t going to die of dust poison, he wanted it right there. Either way, he’d be dead by the time anyone want to do anything.
He gripped the top and pulled on it with all his might. It didn’t move. Then he removed his hands from the line. He felt he could do it.
Suddenly as soon as his fingers left the line to pull he was thrown back as the marble top exploded into clean pieces raising in the air as if they’d been frozen. Slowly drifting up. Clean cut shards.
Hamilton looked at the pieces as they kept going up. He was marveled by it. The jewels landed in his chest. Hamilton roared in pain as the jewels slammed into his internal organs. Steam flew from his wounds. Then something crept out of the coffin.
It was thin, black no details. It flowed out like smoke through the broke shards. Hamilton tried to push himself away from the demon. The demon grabbed legs and started pulling on him. The demon then crawled quickly up Hamilton and it’s smoky skin sunk into Hamilton’s own.
Pain seared through is entire body Hamilton ache for life. Blood flowed from his nose and from his eyes as he was pulled into coffin past all the floating shards. He was in the coffin. He was yelling for dear life his blood spilling out all over. The shards quickly dropped into place and the blood outside the sarcophagus was soaked in immediately.
All the torches went out.
Trish and Conner were alone fighting in the Lobby. Sparing. Trish was pretty good at fighting for a human. Conner was teaching her some too.
Conner was circling Trish who had her eyes closed smiling, listening, “Come on, where’s the attack coming from?” asked Conner, “Follow the sound of my voice.”
She listened for Conner then quickly threw a punched at him. She opened her eyes missing as he ducked and she spin kicked him. He got kicked in the chest he backed up, “Oh, Conner, are you okay?”
Conner laid out on the floor, “Good,” said Conner pulling her down on top of him kissing her.
“For God’s sake, get a room,” said Emma as she walked down the steps, “No wonder Angel Investigations doesn’t have any clients, we’re teaching live sex education.”
“What do you want?” asked Conner.
“Nothing,” said Emma, “Beside a sandwich,” she was moving towards the bar.
Conner and Trish started getting up, “So you’re Emma?”
“Just don’t shag right there while I’m here, while I’m going to eat,” said Emma.
“Shut up,” said Conner.
Emma stopped, she just swung her head back and forth smiling like she knew something, since she touched Angel she knew a lot, “A lot coming from you, suicide I could tell you a lot about that, you can’t even commit it.”
“What the hell are you talking about?” asked Trish.
“I see Conner boy here likes the older women, what is she old enough to be your grandma or you still like jumping your mothers,” said Emma.
“Shut your mouth,” demanded Conner.
“I’m just saying the truth, did you tell her about Cordelia?” asked Emma.
Trish stood her ground, ‘That never happened.”
“This little life you’ve grown so accustomed to,” smiled Emma, “All fake, don’t you ever really consider the facts, Conner is only supposed to be like, 5 or something like that, you’re, 23,” smiled Emma, “You’re the same age as my mum.”
“Leave us alone,” said Conner getting agitated.
“I hear that sound in your voice, I’m making you angry,” she smiled, “I knew it.”
“Get lost,” said Trish.
“I don’t do anything, I’ve got more superior abilities then you, and people make rivalries with me trying to take me down, I’m just that poor blind girl.”
“You shouldn’t make fun of the blind when you’re not,” said Trish.
“You got yourself a stupid one too, ooh, I’m shaking my boots, that bitch is trying to out wit me, hard thing to try. What did you pull your torn pup act to seduce her, it works if she’s dick enough to buy it,” said Emma, “Bloody sods.”
“Don’t speak to her that way,” sneered Conner.
“I don’t care, I just happen to find people down here when I come down to play, and that previous statement incase you didn’t know, I’m not blind, it’s a sort of metaphor,” said Emma.
“You were raised up in a jungle you can’t out wit anybody,” said Trish.
She growled towards her when she spoke coming towards her too, Emma started, “I was raised in no jungle, I was raised in Hell, rock fiery Hell, I fought demons that would scare the skin off of you, Conner knows, you think I can’t out wit somebody, I was raised to out wit the smartest. You don’t know what wit even is.”
“Just go away,” said Conner.
“I’m not gonna leave if I don’t want to,” stated Emma.
“She’s just all talk aren’t you,” hissed Trish.
“She’s not,” stated Conner.
“Nope, I’m not,” said Emma joking around and blowing him a kiss.
“You back away from my fiancée!” she said.
“Come on,” said Conner grabbing Trish’s hand to lead her out.
Emma quickly grabbed Trish by the hair and pulled her form Conner’s grasped and held her in an ultimately fatal position.
“Trish?” gasped Conner.
Emma spoke to Trish, “You threaten me, insult me again I’ll show you everything you’ve feared till it kills you.”
“Let her go,” demanded Conner.
“Learn, and Conner boy take her,” Emma threw Trish at Conner and Conner caught her, “I’ve held back in the fights. You want to fight me I be willing to put you down in a second. Thanks to my new power your death would be a great justice to me.”
“Drop dead,” said Conner.
“Can‘t, I’m immortal!” sneered Emma her expression, smile appearing. Conner quickly took Trish out of there. Emma stood there breathing. She had gotten angry . She looked down at the ground in disappointment, “I held back again.”
Conner took Trish back to the dorm and Conner sat down with her, “She burnt my skin, I don’t know how.”
She bent her head down to show a burn mark on her neck, Conner looked at it, “It’ll get better.”
“You were never immature Conner,” she said putting her hair gently back down, “ She makes you want to fight her.”
“She’s got multiple personalities, sad, evil, and more evil,” said Conner who’d began to pace.
“How would anyone like her?” asked Trish.
“I don’t know.”
Trish held her fist, “She makes me so mad.”
“I don’t know what she wants,” said Conner.
“She wants everyone to go through Hell,” said Trish.
“Just wants to blame everyone for what happened to her as a child,” said Conner leaning against his desk.
“Nothing gives her the right to do that. Say those things,” said Trish.
“I’ll talk to Angel about this new power later,” sighed Conner.
“When she touched me, I saw things, just little flashes, I could keep my mind away, my father, when, my father died, I saw it all over again,” said Trish wiping her face.
“The burn isn’t bad.”
He put his arms around her.
Angel was sitting in his office sorting through one of his case files looking at the photos. Conner walked in.
“Something wrong, it’s Emma isn’t it?” asked Conner watching Angel be his quiet.
“What, uh,” he cleared his throat, “Uh, no, maybe a little.”
“How does she know about Cordelia?” asked Conner.
“What, oh, it’s her new power,” said Angel putting away the documents.
“What is this power?” said Conner.
“Emma can touch you and see your entire life, it‘ll probably kill anybody if she holds on long enough,” said Angel.
“How could she have found out though?” said Conner.
“I think it’s because of me,” said Angel.
“She touched you, didn’t she?” asked Conner.
“Nearly killed me in the process.”
“I wish she’d go away,” sighed Conner.
Emma and Spike walked in. Conner was angered by her presence at the moment then looked away from them.
“What do you need Spike?” asked Angel.
“Did Gunn just leave for a case?” asked Spike.
“Yes, why?” stated Angel.
“Because,” said Spike, “I’m bored, Emma’s bored.”
“Well that’s not my fault, it seems the paranormal is on the low as of now, Gunn wanted to go do the extermination job Okay.”
“And not have back up,” said Emma, “That’s stupid.”
“Nobody cares about your opinion,” said Conner folding his arms in front of his chest.
“Shut up,” said Emma.
“Come on, make me,” said Conner.
“You want me to?” hissed Emma, she quickly slammed him against the wall by the collar of his shirt, “You don’t want to mess with me mate.”
“Stop it,” said Angel going towards them.
“Yes,” said Spike.
Emma jarred him then pushing him at the wall and she pulled away.
Conner went back to his dorm. He laid down on the bed. He’d been laying on the bed for quite some time when Trish walked in.
“Hi,” said Trish closing the door behind her.
“Oh, Hi,” said Conner looking over to her.
“Did you get in a fight?” asked Trish.
“Real close,” said Conner.
“Well I say fight her,” stated Trish.
Conner sat up, “What?”
“Go for it, show her,” said Trish.
“No, I can’t it’s immature,” said Conner.
“So, you’re 20 live it, fight her.”
“What if she doesn’t loose and wins, I’m dead,” replied Conner not believing that she’d suggest such a thing.
“I can guarantee she’ll loose,” said Trish.
“Nobody can.”
“Everyone has weaknesses, use something against her,” said Trish.
“Then it’d be wrong,” said Conner.
“Was it wrong when she did it?” asked Trish.
“She’s a child still,” replied Conner.
“You’re wearing big pants,” said Trish.
“I’ve got a belt,” said Conner.
“You know what I mean, You’re acting older, but you’re not acting your age I only see you act young around her.”
“So.”
“Well I want you to feel good,” said Trish, She sat next to him on his bed, “I love you.”
“Alright, we’ll see what happens,” said Conner, “But I really would like to not fight her.”
He kissed her, “Till then we don’t have to worry she has nothing to do with us right here.”
Night rose in L.A. like usual. Rain had changed that sunny sky either way. Emma did want to be around anyone and went off. She soon enough became part in a heated battle with a group of vampires.
One came from Emma’s right and she jumped up and kicked him in the head. Emma jumped up and again dodging a blow from her left and she crouched on the wall then jumped off as she grabbed a stake from her boot. She landed and ducked a blow then staked the vampire.
Conner had gotten there he had landed from the top of the building next to the alley. He staked one from behind. Emma kicked one in the head then staked the last two in the chest on either side of her quickly.
She swung around quickly and almost tried staking Conner but he caught her wrist and made her drop her stake.
“You,” hissed Emma.
“We need to talk, like grown ups,” said Conner.
“Screw you,” sneered Emma pushing hair out of her face.
“No, we both know the situation,” said Conner.
“Good days, bad days, so shove it and leave me be,” said Emma.
“NO, You don’t run the place,” said Conner, “You can’t speak to anyone the way you have.”
“Stop reading me like that,” said Emma.
“That’s what makes me read you, don’t you see it?”
“I don’t care what you’ve got to say!” she growled at him.
“Start caring,” said Conner.
“Nobody can make me do anything, not even my father,” said Emma.
“Shut up already,” said Conner.
“NO!” she punched him in the face, “YOU DON’T TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!”
“I’m a grown man, I can do as I please.”
“Ha, Ha, really funny coming from you,” she laughed.
Conner punched her she punched him back. She then kicked him to the ground.
“Grownups don’t hit each other like children,” said Emma.
“Then you’re a child as well.”
“No bleeding like I hadn’t noticed that,” groaned Emma.
“Grow up!” stated Conner.
Emma grabbed him by the shirt and slammed him against the wall, “I don’t have to grow up anymore, I missed my childhood I don’t need anything, any information from any of you!!”
“I lost mines as well, and I’m not asking for attention,” sneered Conner.
“You don’t see it,” she said.
She slammed him back against the wall and he pushed her down.
“I understand enough, how do you think it feels to be me?” demanded Conner.
“You’re a prissy boy who doesn’t know how good he has it,” she growled standing in front of him.
“I don’t have it good, in Quortoth I didn’t have anything, I couldn’t trust anyone but Holtz till I got this life. Holtz was killed, I couldn’t trust a soul because they put me down, trick me. I almost committed suicide if it wasn‘t for my dad.”
“But I commit suicide over 10 times, when was 7 it was so bad I drowned myself, I woke up!” she punched him, “I keep waking up,” she punched him, “You can’t compare, I wish somebody would slit my throat.”
“You don’t want to die,” said Conner.
“I do,” she slammed him against the wall, “I want Hell, I want death, I want somebody to slit my throat,” she punched Conner in the face, “Fight back, do it already,“ she punched him again, then again, Conner blocked her blows then didn‘t, Emma punched him again. Conner was letting her hit him. Her throws were becoming weaker as she threw them, “KILL ME!!DO IT!!!KILL ME!!!”
She punched him blood coming out of his nose, she was crying.
“I’m not going to kill you,” said Conner.
Emma hit him in the chest over and over again each time weaker, “NO, NO, THAT’S NOT IT, YOU’RE WRONG, YOU HAVE FRIENDS,” she looked at him not hitting anymore, “YOU HAVE PEOPLE HERE WHO CARE, YOU CAN’T LIVE TWO LIVES AND SAY THAT YOU HAD NOBODY!!!” she sobbed and cried, her hands laying on his chest, “I have nobody, you can’t even understand, I was beaten past death as a baby, I thought Reese loved me, he was supposed to be like my father, my father isn’t even the hero I saw in my dreams to come and save the day, I thought I could trust him, I can’t, I let my guard down!”
“That’s not true,” said Conner.
“Make it go away, please,” she cried.
He just saw her sad face right there. Not knowing what to do he put his arms around her.
“You don’t want that.”
“I want it gone,” Emma stepped away from him, “It wont stop.”
She was a foot away from him. They were silent for a moment. He leaned in and kissed her. She pulled away. “I can touch you.”
Conner put his hand on her left cheek and pushed his hand into her wet hair. She was excepting of the kisses. Emma put her right hand on his shoulders and up his neck feeling his jaw bone as he walked her into the Alley wall. She looked at him for a moment pulling away then started kissing him again.
He slid his hands down her back slowly and up again. Emma had her hands going through his wet hair as they kissed.
Emma was thrown on the bed of the dorm, she sat up and started kissing him again. He leaned against her and eased his head down to her neck and started kissing her white skin as she pulled his shirt over his head. She rolled on top of him and he put his arms back around her waist kissing her lips as she unzipped her own shirt.
He pulled her down on top of him holding her wet hair so he could kiss her deeper. His other hand, his left that he wasn’t using to hold her hair went up hair back to her black bra where he slowly undid it.
Conner rolled her over kissing her. She fumbled at his pants with one hand and the other holding him to her. For a long moment they looked at each other then Conner went down and kissed her again.
*I did not specify nudity, there was no nudity during that scene there, the one I wrote cause we all know what happened there because I didn’t say you saw anything. She had the bra undone not off, she fumbled at his pants not take them off. *
