Buffy Summers, Ice Princesse.: First Practice.

First Practice.

It was Saturday morning and Buffy was getting ready for her first training session with her idol, Willow Rosenberg.

She got up around 5 o'clock, got her skating stuff ready and eat her cereal, woke up her mom and together they drove to Willow's place.

Buffy gave her mom a goodbye kiss, got out of the car and rang the door bel.

A man opened, it wasn't that old guy, Giles, that Buffy saw last time, it was a young guy, about Buffy's age, he had brown hair and was kinda cute in a dorky way.

"You must be Buffy." he said.
"Come in, Willow's waiting for you." he said and he took her to the pool, were Willow was waiting.
"Are you the butler ?" Buffy asked the boy.
He started to laugh. "Me ? God No! No, I'm Willow's brother, I help her with her training sessions. I'm Xander, Alexander Rosenberg." he said and he shook her hand.

Willow got out of the pool and put a towel around her.
"Ah, I see you've met my baby brother." She said and rubbed his head.
"Nice to have met you." He said and he left.
"Am I to early ?" Buffy asked because Willow had just come out of the swimming pool.
"No. You're right on time. I'm expecting for my husband to be home any minute now from picking up your personal trainer." Willow said.
"Personal trainer ? But, I... I thought you were gonna train me ?" Buffy was confused and upset with the notion that it wasn't going to be Willow who trained her after all.
"Don't worry, I'm gonna train you, but I'm not an expert in everything and I can't be here all the time. That's where he comes in"

"He ? A boy is gonna train me ?" Buffy was kind of sickened by the idea that a boy would teach her to be a better skater.
"Not just a boy. Him." Willow pointed at a tall man with black clothes and black hair standing next to Rupert Giles.
Buffy was astonished, he was so handsome, so good looking.
"Hello, I'm Angel." He said and he gave a hand to Buffy and she shook it.
"I'm euh... I'm euh... I'm euh.... euh..." she forgot her name.
"She's Buffy, she's 16 years old" Willow said to him. "He's 25 years old." Willow now turned and said to Buffy.
"It's a pleaser to meet you." he said.

"We'll leave you two to it, Willow and I will check in later, there's not much we can do right now." Giles said and he and Willow walked out.

Buffy didn't know what to do, apparently they weren't planning of teaching her new skating moves today.
Angel bowed down and got something out of his bag.
It are two swimsuit's, one for her, and one for him.
"We're gonna be swimming today." he said and he threw it to her.

Buffy didn't argue with it, she didn't want to risk of getting thrown out of the house, or Willow not being willing to coach her anymore because Buffy wouldn't obey.

When Buffy got back from the bath room, Angel was already swimming, she felt a bit uncomfortable, she felt a bit naked.

"Come on! Jump in! The water's great!" Angel yelled.
Buffy jumped in and swam towards him.
"Okay, now we are going to do some simple exercises for your body to get used to the water." he said and he touched her arm and her other arm to, and moved her body down, so she would be laying on the water.

"This is... eum... nice." Buffy quietly said.
"Shhh." he said and he moved her body over the water, making circles.
Buffy loved the feeling of his touch, his skin against her skin, it nothing like she had ever felt before.

Then he helped Buffy stand in the water and he stayed under, he held his breath.
After Buffy worrying for about 5 minutes, telling him to come back up, he came back up.
He gasped for air.
"I want you to be able to do that too, within the month." he said.
"Not that I'm not loving this and all, but what does this have to do with me being a better skater ?" she couldn't keep quit from asking that.
"Skating isn't only about being good on the ice, you have to be good in the water too, you have to be a good runner too, and for the next three months, that's all we are going to be working on. And in between our lessons, you'll train on the ice, alone. And in three months from now, Willow is going to turn you into an Ice Princesse." he said and Buffy smiled.

The rest of the afternoon they swam and had a few laughs in between, Buffy hadn't had this much fun since her mom and dad were still together.
She loved this day, and she wished that it would never pass.
But it did, as days tend to do, hours passed and finally it was time for Buffy to go home.

"Thank you, I had a really good time." Buffy said to Angel and she said her goodbye's to Willow, Giles and Xander also.

When she got into the car her mother asks her how it went.
Buffy was floating with her head in the clouds and just said. "I was the most wonderful day of my life." and she smiled.
Her mother thought Buffy was acting a bit strange, unlike Buffy, but she was happy her daughter was happy. And that's all she ever wanted.
