What-if?: What ifs with Spike, puppets, and others

What if Spike went to Angel for help with his soul? How would he affect Season Four of Angel?

Also, what if Smile Time occurred in a different season? The same basic senario of evil puppets with a TV show but with different characters? Like Puppet Angel dealing with Cordy and what not?

What if Angel did kill Cordelia just in time in season four? I bet that would cause some pain in him.
