What if the monks in season 5 weren't aware of the whole "two slayers" deal and made Dawn Faith's little sister, whom Buffy now had to babysit while Faith's in jail?

What if Buffy found out it was Joyce who convinced Angel to break up with her?

What if Xander and Faith had actually become a couple after "The Zeppo", and Xander in the coming battle had to choose between his girlfriend and his friends?

I kinda like the first one myself.
