Chosen One: Part Three

“Ugh, I hate school!” Kathlin thought. When she lived in Australia, she only had to go to school for a few days a week, but that didn’t mean that she liked it. Her mother needed so much help on the ranch that there just wasn’t time. Personally, she preferred the work on the ranch to school work. Too many things to remember and too many tests! Looking around, she noticed that a lot of students who were just hanging around on the grassy area in front of the school were staring at her. she smiled to herself, thinking “Well why shouldn’t they?”. She knew she looked good, wearing a pair of dark olive green guys’ pants that fit her slender legs great (and showed them off, too), an ivory tank top that went well with the pants, and a pair of ivory strapped high heels that made her look almost 6 feet tall. She rather liked the effect, since in reality, she was only 5’7”. All together, she thought she looked fabulous. Kathlin walked towards the huge wooden doors that signified the main entrance. She was just about to walk up the stone stairs when she heard a shout “Look Out!!”.
