New Girls: Cordelia

Buffy was sitting in the cafateria with Fred when Cordelia spotted her.

"Perfect," she told Darla, "Now I can get at her. No Angel!"

Cordelia strutted over and slammed her purse down right in front of Buffy.

"Listen new girl. That's my boyfriend you've been snuggling up to and unless you want your life here to be a living hell I suggest you back off."

Buffy looked at Fred who didn't seem intimedated at all. 'Who does this girl think she is?'

"Listen Cordelia he broke up with you. Get over it. Yes that's right I'm not afraid of you. And some friendly advice. You should really be focusing on getting another popular boyfriend if you want to stay at the top of the food chain. Oh and if you do so much as try to convince Angel to take you back, I'll make your life a living hell. Fred I think we should find a bigger table."

"Right behind you."

When they were far enough away Fred was bouncing off the walls about Buffy's little speech.

"I can't believe you said that to her! I mean no one talks back to Cordelia! She's gonna want revenge you know."

"Well bring her on!"
