Worst Mistake: What's up with Buffy?

Buffy sat on her couch staring off into space. Willow came in setting up the camera. She placed it in Buffy's line of view causing her to come back to reality. "Will, what are you doing?" Buffy asked staring at the camera. "I'm setting up the camera to take our annual Scooby photos." Willow replied not breaking from her task. "Oh" Buffy sighed knowing one of the pictures would me sent to L.A. where HE was. She slowly drifted back into space.

Later that day the entire gang gathered in the living room of Buffy's house. Giles, Xander, Anya, and Tara sqeezed in on the couch. Giles staring smugly into the camera counting down the moments till he could leave again and go back to England. Xander and Anya trying to put as much space between them as possible. And Tara with a content smile on her face. Kneeling on the floor in front was Spike, Buffy, Dawn, and Willow. Spike staring at Buffy with a look of want clear upon his face. Buffy who had a smile on her face but that smile did not reach her eyes. Her eyes showed unhappiness and betrayal. Dawn just sitting there, no expression on her face. And Willow longing for Tara to just touch her or smile at her.
*FLASH*
The camera took the photos. Willow had set it to take 3. When the pictures were taken everyone went their separate ways. Eventually it was just Buffy, Dawn and Willow left in the house. Dawn was up in her room and Buffy and Willow were in the kitchen. Willow was folding up the letter she had written to LA and the polaroid into the envelope. Buffy was staring angrily the entire time. She looked away when Willow looked up at her.

"Why do you even bother?!" Buffy turned to face Willow anger written in her features. "Wha...What do you mean?" Willow asked confused as to where Buffy's anger was coming from. "I mean the pictures, the letters, the updates. They DON'T care. Angel, Cordelia, Wes they don't care about us anymore Willow. They probably see the post marked from Sunnydale and don't even open it, but throw it away. I don't know why you bother!" Buffy stormed upstairs tears evident in her eyes. She slammed her door and fell face first into her nice soft bed.
