Ypoog Demon


The Ypoog demons are an easily slain demon that show up in my little Xander spin-off called "The Watcher".

In my mind, the Ypoog demons are slimy creatures with big teeth that kind of resemble the little "Grr... Argh!" demon on the Mutant Enemy Productions logo. Individually, they aren't much of a threat but as a horde are quite difficult to manage.

Killing a Ypoog is quite easy. All you need is a blunt object to bash their head in. Only problem is that the Ypoog's entrails liquify explodsively on impact, causing the attacker to be covered in gelatinous goo.

The Ypoog don't really show up en masse in this dimension unless brought over by some serious magic. They can easily be controlled by the magician/witch who brings them over.

First appeared in my series "The Watcher" in episode 1.2 "Training Day".

And for those of you wondering how I came up with the name... it's just "goopy" spelled backward.

Feel free to use the monster with my blessing, but a little recognition would be nice.
