Surprises: An old flame

It was late in the city of La and buffy summers stood outside the small hotel angel lived in. inside sat Doyle and cordy, angel was in his office as per usual. The door to the hotel openend and buffy steeped in. Buffy wore a pair of black joggers and a light blue top with a black jacket, she was as big as a beach ball. " did you hear that?" cordy whispered to doyle " yeah i did it was the door i think we have company" doyle said standing taking cordys arm they walked into the lobby. " ow my god, buffy" cordy screamed " cordy" buffy said going and giving cordy a hug. " what the hell happend to you? you look like a whale no affense" cordy gasped looking at buffys stomatch. " non taken, thanks so is angel here?" buffy asked " er hi im doyle we met 6 months ago" doyle said shaking her hand. " so buffy come on tell us who's the father, and how long gone are you?" cordy asked excitetedly. " well the father, this is gonna sound crazy but i thought it was rileys until one day i was attacked while i was 5 months pregnant and the vamp flew backwards thebaby has some sort of protection shield any way about 4 weeks ago i began having dreams of this gonna sounf really weirrd, but angel was human a demon made him human and we got back together im crazy aren't i they felt so real" buffy sighed. " buffy this is shock but.." cordy said " no cordy let angel tell her" he whispered to her. " SO BUFFY WHO'S THE FATHER?" cordy yelled " cordelia the fathers...." she was stopped when angel entered the room to see what the screaming was about " buffy" he said shocked to her her here and apparantly preganant. " angel" she said. " buffy what are yuo doing here?" angel asked still stunned to her pregnant ' i bet it's that finn's baby riley i hate him' angel thought. " im came to see you, i have some news for you DADDY!" buffy said putting her hands on her stomatch. " what Angels the father but how he's a vampire i mean the only time you could if was when he was turned human and then had the oracles take the day back" cordy said laughing angel and doyle looke at cordy buffy looked shocked " oops!" cordy silently said. " buffy youre having angels baby??" doyle asked " i am im 6 months pregnant i assumed it was rileys un till i found out the baby has a protection shield and i new about the day you was human i had dreams they felt real but i wasnt sure if they was dreams or the past i guess now im certain your the father to our son" buffy said, " son" angel asked " yeah the baby skan showed me you want to feel it kick?" angel walked up to buffy placing his hand on her belly, after a few moments angel felt a strong hard kick from inside buffy it was amazing. " wow it has it's mothers kick " angel said helping buffy sit down. " thanks" buffy said. " so buffy does riley know?" cordy asked " know what that it's angels no" buffy said quitely. Suddenly there was knock at the door " i'll get it" cordy yelled when she re-entered there was stunning young man stood besides her it was Riley. " riley" buffy said in shock " what are doing here, in LA i mean?" buffy asked still puzzled. " well i wanted to know what was so important that you had to run to LA in a hurry" riley said glaring at angel " i needed to talk to angel about something" buffy siad holding her stomach as the baby was kicking her hard. " you let him near our baby buffy our baby is in danger when it's near that" riley said pointing to angel. " hey watch your mouth boy" angel said walking up to him. " guys not now" buffy yelled stepping between them, when buffy felt a sharp pain in her stomach she grabbed it. "buffy are you ok?" riley said putting his hand on the lump buffy had. " im fine" buffy said with anger pushing rileys hand off of her. " i just need to ly down" buffy said. Angel walked up to her placing his hand on her back andrubbing circles on it, as he used to. " here i'll take you upstairs you can have my bed" angel said, " what no i'll help her to the car she can stay with me in my hotel" riley said pushing angel aside. " riley, if you dont i'll stay here tonight im really tired" buffy said taking his hands, in hers. " fine but im watching over you tonight there's no way he is" riley said crossing his arms. Buffy walked over to angel " do you mind" she whispered in his ear " if riley watches over me and the baby?" " what no, buffy it's my baby ( placing his hand on her stomatch) i want to be the one to take care of it" angel said rubbing his hand on buffy's belly. Riley was full of rage as he saw the vampire placing his hands on his child. " you better your hands off my child now" riley said walking up to the pair, and practically pushing angel away.
