The Killer In Me: Never Gone

Few months have passed slowly and depressingly since

Spike's death and there were still no leads or suspects in the killer's rampage across Sunnydale.

Since then, 5 more random residents were brutally murdered,

but in the heart of Buffy Summers, she didn't care about them.

She only cared that her love, Spike was gone forever, never to come back again.

And the bastard son of a bitch was still out there, murdering innocent people.

Tears flowed like a waterfall down Buffy's cheeks, her arms

clutching the white teddy bear Spike had given her for their first anniversary.

Memories of him being dead right in front of her and the gang lingered in her mind.

She knew she wasn't gonna forget that moment. Never.

Her whole body shut down, forcing herself to go hunger for

about 2 months now, her body even more skinny, her pretty face covered in dark corcles and frowns across.

In a rare moment of anger, she destroyed most of the stuff that was precious to her.

Her teddy bears, cd's, everything.

She threw them all over her room violently, screaming relentessly.

"Why dammit why? Why did he have to leave me?" Buffy screamed.

a loud ring starled her for a few seconds, confusing her.

It was her telephone ringing. Buffy hesitated to answer.

Knowing in her heart it was the killer calling.

He knew where they live and their personal info.


He wasn't doing all the killing alone and that made Buffy shiver to the bone.

She grabbed a baseball bat that was standing next to the

closet door when she slowly approached the phone, still ringing.

Buffy picked up the phone, scared out of her wits when she answered.

"Hello?" she said cautiously when she heard static and heavy breathing on the other line.

"Hello?"

"One of your friends is gonna be next on my hit list,"

The mysterious voice said, then she heard the click on the phone.

For one weird second, Buffy was puzzled but then it hit her. one of her friends was going to be dead.

Without hesitating, she grabbed her leather jacket and quickly ran outside, not wasting a second.

Time was quickly running out....
