The Killer In Me: Going To The Bronze
by BelovedSlayer
"Wait Buffy. Don't leave me out here in the dark alone. I love you. Harmony was just a play thing, I didn't love her like I love you," Spike pleaded loudly, following Buffy on the way to the Bronze.
Buffy just ignored Spike and walked more faster to get away from him.
She wasn't in the mood to talk to him right now after everything that had happen.
"No. Why don't you go away and leave me alone Spike! I don't want to talk to you!" she yelled behind her.
"I love you pet. And I did saved your life remember? Why won't you talk to me?" Spike pleaded again when he and Buffy both stopped in front of the entrance to the Bronze.
Red flashing lights enveloped throughout the club as police officers covered the surroundings with yellow police tape as onlookers crowded around them, curious enough to see what was going on.
Buffy saw Willow and Darla and ran up to them. "Hey guys, what the hell happened here?"
Darla replied," Lookes like another girl from our school dropped dead all of a sudden in front of the Bronze.
No one saw what happened to her. There was no witnesses or anything.
The police might have said that the killer might be responsible for this. Can't you believe it?" Darla shivered, the night air becoming more cold and crisp.
"I believe it. The killer followed me all the way home, almost trying to kill me. The bastard."
"What?" Darla and Willow said in unison. "Are you okay?" asked Willow.
"Yeah I'm ok. Thanks to Spike," Buffy looked bitterly at her ex.
"At least you weren't alone. He would have killed you for sure," Darla replied.
"Yeah." Buffy didn't want to talk about it. She shrugged her shoulders as she walked towards the entrance door of the club.
She saw a slim body of a girl being covered in a body bag, the face and body was too gruesome to look at.
Buffy looked away, shivering violently against the cold.
She turned around.
"Maybe it's better if we all stay at one of your guys' house for the night. I don't think we can afford to be alone right now," she replied.
"Yeah i think that's a good idea. We can stay at my house. My parents aren't gonna be home for the weekend anyway," replied Willow.
"Let's get going then," Sp9ike replied impatiently.
The three girls and Spike then walked the way to Willow's house, wanting to forget the night of terror and leave it behind.
Without knowing, the killer stood behind them , his face filled with hunger, waiting patiently for his next victim......
