Some of these spoilers seem to be true. Verified through another source.

This person posts spoilers every two days on the BuffySearch message board. The person's handle is Xx Angel xX, seems to be fairly reliable with regards to spoilers and has many supporters on the BuffySearch site that vouch for him. The URL for the Spoiler Message Board is:

This is what XxAngelxX had to say about the AICN spoilers:

"Um, I am not sure where you got most of that, but some of it is true, but Spike and Buffy will have two kisses throughout the season, and the singing episode is not one of the episodes that they kiss in. Also the bit about Tara/Willow is true, the demon biker gang is not, Buffy does NOT end up in a mental instatution, Anya does not become Anyanka on the wedding day, infact the singing episode is not the episode Anya and Xander even get married in, the episode "Til Forever" is actually two episodes after the singing episode. But actually Dawn is the one who casts the wrong truth spell, she thinks all of the Scoobies think she is too little to hang out with them, so she wants to find out the truth. But with the truth comes pain when Buffy reveals to Dawn that she is not ready to act as a mother, and can not take Dawn's needs anymore because she has her own. Also the bit about the trio of bored twenty year olds practicing magic is fake, but Jonathan will have a small role in the season, but not as a witch/wizard. Also, Spike will be the one who will have custody of Dawn, but it will not be legal custody because the BuffyBot will be keeping

Buffy's place until she is reincarnated. This is because Buffy told Spike to protect Dawn until the end of time. So I just wanted to clear that up, but other than that stuff most of that is right! Good Job! Nice Work Nikita!"

It's too early to say anything is definite. But, AICN is reporting *some* information that I also have. Not saying everything they're reporting is true, but some of the info they have is very possibly true.

Subject: Sorry, Herc, but you've been duped...

Comment: I know for a fact (don't ask me how but yeah I know people in this biz, specifically, agencies that handle the writers with this show), but what you've been given is a red herring, the same false lead that was given out (probably by those within the show's production) in spring about the finale. Remember that one? The finale was supposed to have been two-hours and called "Centennial" and have all of these guest stars and be a cross-over with "Angel". That's not what happened. I can tell you these things:

1) Anya and Xander will get married and it may either be a February sweeps or season finale deal.

2) Anya won't become a vengeance demon.

3) Willow will indeed become more "evil" if you will, but she's not going to become the season's "big bad."

4) In fact, there isn't going to be a "big bad" this season. Instead, the Season 6 is going to be a setup for the Ultimate Big Bad who will appear in Season 7. (Hint: The Ultimate Big Bad is tied in with the origin of the Slayers.)

5) Buffy and Spike consumating a relationship? No. But Buffy will accept the fact that Spike does indeed love her, because this realization will tie into her acceptance and understanding as to what it means to be the Slayer.

6) Yes, the Buffyboy will reappear, but for one last performance.

7) The Buffy Summers in the grave is dead and will stay dead. She WON'T be revived. ("She's dead, Jim!") So how will Buffy return then? Here's a hint: Think "Buffy Version 2.0" (and, NO, it has nothing to do with the Buffybot).

Subject: How Buffy will be "revived"...

Comment: Here's another hint I'll give you gals and guys: Buffy won't be "revived" -- she will be "re-created" using the same method that was used to create the First Slayer many millennia ago in ancient Africa.

How Buffy returns is very cool (far better than the way Agent Mulder was revived) and will breathe new life into the series and character for another two seasons. Here's the final hint: It will be the same ol' Buffy Summers we all have grown to know and love -- but she won't be JUST "Buffy Summers" if ya catch my drift. Ominous perhaps? Yes, but as I myself can assure you, it's VERY cool. And it will all tie into the series finale (Season 7) that Joss Whedon already has in mind. (Basically, Buffy HAS to return in order to deal with what's going to happen in Season 7.)

WriteGuy

I don't know what will happen with Willow and Tara's relationship. Joss Whedon comes up with ideas but doesn't have anything set in stone. He lets things develop across the episodes and sees whether things are working out or not. The idea they have in mind for Willow is that she will take morally questionable actions when helping to defeat the enemies, demons, monsters, etc. that the gang will face this coming season. The idea is that she will come to believe she can do a quicker job fighting evil without Buffy's help and by using dark magic, and she, mistakingly, believes she can control the dark magic without it corrupting her. She and the rest of the gang will become alienated from one another. That's the idea. As for how Tara fits into this, well, my guess is that she'll try to stop Willow and be loyal to her but ultimately she'll side with Buffy and the other Scoobies. Tara will be the one to "replace" Willow within the Scoobies when it comes to their need to use witchcraft. So this may not necessarily be a "breakup" (between Willow and Tara, and Willow and the gang), but a temporary "separation" where Willow doesn't become a bad guy/gal and is the Scoobies' enemy. Instead, the point for doing this arc where Willow will cross into a gray area with regard to her magic use, I speculate, is that Joss wants Willow to "find herself" and Tara to come onto her own as a valuable and necessary member of the Scoobies. And for those who have wondered when/if Amy will be de-ratted, my own guess is that it could happen this season. The writers have been looking for the right reason to bring back Amy, and having Willow de-rat her this coming season would make sense: Willow might need an ally witch who might agree with her morally ambiguous use of magic, and we've seen Amy use her magic for dodgy reasons in the past. Amy's power would also augment Willow's power. Also, they're going to evolve Willow's dress, hairstyle and make-up gradually across the episodes to reflect her growing "evilness." My guess: No more Sarah McLachlan "Lillith Fair" chick look; she's going to start dressing and looking somewhat similar to VampWillow.

Alen asks: I was wondering how buffy is gonna come back.

Wanda replies: In the first episode, I can guarantee you'll see two things: 1) Buffybot, filling in as town slayer, and accompanying Dawn to parent-teacher meetings (and totally humiliating her). She'll "report" to Willow. 2) Willow using a spell to "bring back" the real Buffy, which is interrupted by the arrival of this season's first big baddie.

Rachel asks: Wanda is it true that Buffy(Sarah) is out of Buffy! Are u certain!!!

Wanda replies: Okay, I'm saying this one more time, for those of you who keep asking: Buffy is definitely coming back next season, but the show will be on UPN instead of the WB. Sarah Michelle Gellar will definitely be there, playing a Buffy-ish character (I've heard that when "she" finally comes back, it's a new and improved Buffy, but Buffy all the same) for at least the next two seasons. It's all in the contract.

jonas007 asks: Wanda, which is more likely, that we will see SD on Buffy, or SD in the buff?

Wanda replies: SD in the Buffy. 10-to-1 odds.

gee_spot asks: Spill Wanda! Who's the first big baddie?

Wanda replies: Name's Razor. Think bigger, badder version of Freddie Kruger, complete with switchblade hands. One of his minions will discover that Buffybot isn't the real Buffy, and he'll jump into action, subsequently breaking up the site where the gang's trying to bring back Buffy with Will's spell.

hjsdf asks: What do you mean Buffy-ish character I want the same old same old Buffy hero back

Wanda replies: Don't we all. But I'm promised she'll be just enough old Buffy that we "won't miss her," with new elements thrown in so we "won't get bored with her."

cesarecat asks: Hey, Wanda, I was wondering: how accurate are the Buffy spoilers on Fanforum?

Wanda replies: Haven't seen them, but I can tell you to read the Ain't it Cool News ones with a big ol' heap of salt.

Delurking to say I love this forum, love you guys, etc., but also that I emailed Hercules from AICN Coaxial about the now-missing script excerpt, and he emailed back, saying that lawyers from Fox/UPN contacted AICN with the usual "cease and desist/infringing on copyrighted material" hoo-hah and demanded that the excerpt be taken down. They complied. Wonder what that means?

Join me in the Crypt of Decryption:

Whew! Well, it's been an interesting week.

I am speculating that there are three sets of spoilers floating around:

  1. The script excerpts
  2. The outline of the first 8 episodes
  3. A third set of spoilers, which Wanda and WriteGuy have

I think that the script excerpts are true, but that they are subject to change/revision before filming begins next week.

Wanda, in her characteristically contradictory way, confirmed the spoilers for the premiere episode, then said that all of Hercules' spoilers should be taken with "a grain of salt."

However, what she says about the "new and improved" Buffy seems awfully similar to what WriteGuy says in his spoilers. There are enough similarities in how they both word their statements:

WriteGuy: How Buffy returns is very cool (far better than the way Agent Mulder was revived) and will breathe new life into the series and character for another two seasons. It will be the same ol' Buffy Summers we all have grown to know and love -- but she won't be JUST "Buffy Summers" if ya catch my drift.

Wanda: I've heard that when "she" finally comes back, it's a new and improved Buffy, but Buffy all the same) for at least the next two seasons. It's all in the contract…. But I'm promised she'll be just enough old Buffy that we "won't miss her," with new elements thrown in so we "won't get bored with her."

Am I over-reading? Perhaps.

Some have speculated that Hercules has the right info, and what we'll see are several counter-spoilers designed to muddy the waters. If so, we may see Wanda as part of that campaign of disinformation, as she was before early April (when she began posting accurate Season 5 finale spoilers).

I e-mailed WriteGuy to ask him if it was possible that his spoilers and Hercules' were perhaps reconcilable, and I never heard back from him.

For the record, I think "xxAngelXx" is posting uninformed spoilers. She makes statements that she has been on the set during this season's filming, and that is not possible as filming has not begun yet.
