While on a blackmail case, Angel stumbles across a gang of street kids (led by Gunn)fighting a gang of vampires.
Plot Highlights:

Gunn lures vamps into a trap. Cordy, Wes & Angel attend a billionaire's party. Gunn & co bring the wounded home. Angel pokes around Madam Dorian's demon brothel. Alonna warns Gunn he's being reckless. Angel shakes up the blackmailer. Nabbit hands Cordy & Wes a big fat check. Angel fights the blackmailer's thugs, then has a run in with Gunn and crew. Vampire boss plans war. Alonna councils Gunn RE: Angel. Vamps kidnap Alonna. Cordy & Wes investigate. Angel lectures Gunn, Gunn imprisons Angel. Cordy & Wes release Angel. Vamp!Alonna wants to vamp Gunn. Angel breaks up the vamp-vs-human mayhem. Cordelia considers the pros and cons of being a ketp woman. Angel drops in on Gunn's reverie.

NOTES ON EPISODE ART: CREATED 12/2003 ~Having just finished up a Lawyer!Gunn desktop, and feeling the need for some relatively low creativity PS playing, I decided to get back into the saddle and work on at least one of the 3 remaining Angel season 1 collages. One of which happened to be War Zone, our introduction to Gunn. I decided to focus on Gunn/Alonna, with Angel just a shadowy presence in the background... Caps are from seaimpins.com plus the usual brushes from insomniac brushes.
