Kate: Just a few words to mark the occasion. from Sense and Sensitivity (Season 1) | Next Clip in Episode |
(Cut to police station. White haired guy in uniform walks in.)
KATE: Dad.
LOCKLEY: Katie!
KATE: I saw you. Where you planning on saying hi?
LOCKLEY: I figured you're working. I'm not here very long anyway, just dropping off some pension forms up in records. If you think you gotta a lot of red tape on the job, wait ‘til you retire!
KATE: Harlan says they’re throwing you a send-off at the Blue Bar.
LOCKLEY: Just some of the guys lookin' to give me a hard time. Not a big deal.
KATE: He said I should say something, you know, just a few words to mark the occasion, seeing as you’re my father.
LOCKLEY: That'll be fine. Don't go to any trouble.
KATE: It's no trouble, really.
OFFICER: (to Kate) Detective, you got a call on 229.
KATE: (to Lockley) Thanks. I guess I better…
LOCKLEY: Yeah.
(KATE looks after him for a moment then picks up the phone.)
KATE: Lockley.
ANGEL: (sitting in car) 8843 Hyperion Way right off Pier 39. San Pedro.
KATE: You found him, you're sure?
ANGEL: (looks through binoculars) Max Salvage Depot. Northwest side. He's got some muscle on hand.
KATE: I'm on my way, just get out of there.
(Angel hangs up, picks up binoculars, a yacht is coming in to pick up Little Tony.)
ANGEL: Damn it.
