SPIKE: You. We need your office. Get out.

MAN: What?! I don't take orders from a gh—

(Spike grabs the man's arm and pulls him toward the door)

MAN: Hey!

SPIKE: Come on, then.

MAN: You can't— Get your hands off—

(Spike shoves the man outside the office and closes the door. The man knocks on the door angrily.)

SPIKE: Piss off!

(the man gives up, walks off to gossip with a man operating a copier)

MAN: You're not gonna believe this, Jerry. I just got thrown out of my own office. That ghost pal of Mr. Goodfang, I guess he's—

(Jerry turns around, his eyes red and dripping blood.)

JERRY: Toner.

MAN: Jerry?!

(Jerry starts beating the man with a fire estinguisher)

JERRY: Nobody...replaces... the toner!
