I Love You

Willow is sitting in her room, thinking about her and Taras last fight. They have started fighting a lot. Tara is always jumping down Willows throat about her magicks. Tara is worried, but Willow doesnt see it that way. In Willows eyes, Tara is trying to spoil her fun.

Shes such a party pooper. Willow says to her stuffed teddy. Tara thinks she can own me, and ya know, like tell me what to do and stuff and well, she cant. Isnt that right Teddy? Long pause Teddy, why dont you ever talk back to me? Hey, maybe I can do a spell, so that you can talk and play and we would have such a good timebut NO, Tara would say, No more doing magicks. Its dangerous. Blah blah blahShes such a party pooper. Oh well, Teddy. I guess I should head to class, huh? Alright, well, see ya later Ted.

Willow lays Teddy on her bed and grabs her books. She takes one last look at Teddy and walks out of her room.

Tara is sitting on a stool, in Buffys kitchen. She hears Willow close the door upstairs. Tara stands up and walks to the stairs.

Willow, can we talk? Tara asks Willow, sadly.

Not now, Tara. I have class. Willow replies, obviously upset that she needs to go to class.

Well, when you get home, we can talk. Okay, Will?

Ok. Willow walks out of the house and down the steps. She stops and thinks out loud, Tara called me Will. So, she obviously cant be that mad at me. Willow shrugs and walks towards UC Sunnydale.

Back at home; Tara is making herself some tea. Tara is really stressed out and she needs to calm down. Tara hears the front door open, and hopes that its Willow.

Willow?? Tara asks, her voice filled with hope.

No, its me Buffy. The voice replies.

Oh. Tara frowns. Buffy walks into the kitchen and notices Taras frown.

Whats up Tara? Buffy asks, light-heartedly.

Well, me and Willow had another fight, about magicks. She seemed really upset. I tried to sit down and talk with her, but she had class. So she said we will talk when she gets home. Tara shrugs. Better late then never. Tara smiles at Buffy.

So, what are ya gonna do now, Tara? Buffy asks, hoping to get Tara to be a little happier.

I think Im just gonna go take a nap. Until Willow gets home, ok? Tara says to Buffy.

Sure, whatever. Buffy smiles.

Willow walks in the front door and notices the quiet. She walks into the kitchen and sees a note on the counter. She picks up the note and reads, Dear Willow, I went out for a while. Shopping and all. Umm, Tara is taking a nap still. So, go talk to her. Ok? Love, Buffy.

Willow shrugs and puts the note down. She then puts her books on the kitchen counter and walks to the stairs. She hollers up at Tara, Tara??? Are you awake??

Silence.

TARA???? Willow yells again.

Still silence.

Willow gets worried and runs upstairs. She throws open the bedroom door and sees the bed is empty. Willow looks in the bathroom and all over upstairs. She doesnt find Tara anywhere. She then notices a note on the dresser. Its weighted down by two crystals. Willow picks up the crystals and reads the note. Willow, we took Tara. Shes with Dawn, in another dimension. They may be alive or dead. Why dont you use your magicks and come find us? We are two sewer demons. We would normally show up as green blobs, if you do a locating spell. Hope we hear your magicks soon.

Willow panics and runs downstairs. She picks up the phone and calls Xanders. Xanderplease pick upplease pick up pick up pick up!

Xander-Hello?

Willow-Xander, some peoplethey took Tara and Dawnthey are gone. I dont know where they are. Willow starts crying.

Xander-Willow, stay right there. Ill be there soon.

Xander hangs up the phone and runs over to Buffys house. Xander sees Buffy at the grocery store and runs up to her. Buffy, emergency. NOW!

Buffy looks at Xander confused, but runs anyways. Where are we going? Buffy asks Xander.

Your place. Xander yells back.

Willow is sitting on the living room couch when she hears footsteps run up the stairs outside. She jumps up and opens the door before Xander and Buffy have time to knock.

What is it, Will? Buffy questions.

Willow bursts into tears. They took them. Tara and Dawn are gone. I called Dawns friends house andshes not there. What are they gonna do to her and Tara? Buffy they are both gone!

Xander takes Willow and sits her on the couch saying, Willow, its not your fault. You were in class, you didnt know. Its ok.

Buffy runs upstairs and looks in Dawns room and then in Willow and Taras room. Buffy runs into the basement and doesnt find anything. Did they leave a note? Some kind of clue, Willow? Buffy asks.

They left a note. On Taras dresser. Weighted down by two quartz crystals. They were her favorite. Quartz crystals. She loved them and now she is gone. Dawn is gone too Willow continues crying.

Buffy looks at Xander with a reassuring look, seeming to say that its going to be alright. Buffy then runs upstairs and grabs the note and the two crystals. Buffy reads the note and looks at the crystals. Willow has stopped crying by now and is looking at Buffy and the crystals.

All of a sudden, Willow jumps up and yells, BUFFY I KNOW THIS!! CRYSTALS..TWO OF THEM. TWO DEMONS! SEWER DEMONSOH MY GOD! Buffy and Xander both look at Willow like she is insane. Xander then asks, Willow, what? Tell us. Please?

Willow then looks at Xander and Buffy and says, The two sewer demons that did this like crystals. They CHOSE those crystals. There were a lot of other paperweights. They chose those crystals. Which means that their spirits are in them. Or at least part of their spirits. I am still studying stuff about this, but, whenever you touch something, you leave a little part of your spirit with the object. Like, Buffy is holding the crystals now. The crystals now have a little Buffy in them. So, if I pick up this pen Willow picks up a blue pen; .this pen now has a little bit of my spirit in it. Hold on, Ill get the stuff.

Willow runs upstairs and grabs 2 potions, some incense, 3 white candles and her small black cauldron. She runs downstairs with all of these in hand and drops them carefully on the floor in the living room.

Willow instructs Buffy and Xander to sit around the cauldron. Willow lights the 3 white candles, giving one to Buffy and one to Xander. She dumps both potions in the cauldron. She carefully lights the incense and puts the incense in a holder. She takes the two quartz crystals and holds them over the cauldron saying, Those who have touched this crystal before. Come now and feel my scorn. You have tried to take my lover and friend and now I will get them back again.

Instantly two demons, Tara and Dawn appear beside the cauldron. Willow uses a binding spell to bind the two demons from moving and then takes Tara and Dawn to the other side of the room.

Willow then levitates the two crystals above the two demons heads and then says, Enterum Aborus Evermorum! The two demons disappear into the crystals and Willow gives one crystal to Tara and one to Dawn, instructing them to throw the crystals into the cauldron with enough force to break them.

Tara and Dawn look at each other and then throw the two crystals in the cauldron. Both crystals shatter and the smoke clears. Willow snuffs out the candles and puts everything in a pile.

Willow looks at Tara and says, I am sorry Tara, and I know I should listen to you. I will. You know more about me than anybody ever could. I love you and I am sorry.

Tara smiles and says to Willow, I trust your judgment. If you would like to use magick, please use it responsibly. I dont want you to get hurt. I love you.

Tara and Willow walk over to each other and hug each other, holding each other forever.

Buffy walks over to Dawn and says, Im sorry. I shouldve been there for you. I dont know why they did it, but they did. They probably knew that you were important to me and Tara was important to Willow. They tried hurting us, but good always prevails. Dawn smiles at Buffy and rolls her eyes. Buffy walks over to Dawn and hugs her.

All of a sudden, Xander says, Hey..Im not feeling any love over here! Xander smiles at everyone and then he hugs everyone.

Tara looks at Willow and says, I want to spend every minute I can with you. I love you so much and I want you to know that.

Willow and Tara kiss.
