Welcome to the new home of the Sunnydale Memorial Fanfiction Awards! July 30, 2006 - We have two new Affiliates: Xanfan's fanfiction website & The Crossroads of Fan Fiction. Go check them out. July 24, 2006 - Nominations are now open! Go nominate your favorite authors, stories, betas and websites! Just make sure to read the rules first. July 16, 2006 - The Winners have been posted. Go check them out! Round 9 will begin when I get back from WriterCon on July 24th. July 9, 2006 - Voting is now closed. Winners will be announced July 16th. June 9, 2006 - Voting is officially now open! June 8, 2006 - Nominations are now closed! Voting will be open soon. May 27, 2006 - I am excited to announce that the SunnyD Awards have been nominated at the Shades of Grey Awards for Favorite Site. Also, don't forget that nominations close here on June 8th. April 8, 2006 - Nominations are now open for Round 8! I have tried to clarify the category descriptions, so please make sure that you read them, and the Rules, before nominating. Thank you. March 4, 2006 - The Winners for Round 7 are up! The Affiliates page has been updated - links updated and sites that haven't been updated in over a year have been removed. December 23, 2005 - We have had so many Willow/Buffy nominations this round, that I have taken a page from the Shades of Grey Awards' page and created sub-categories for those categories that had an abundance of Wiffy nominations. December 11, 2005 - PLEASE check the Categories page to see the clarification for what an Alternate Universe fic is. November 26, 2005 - A clarification to the Best Series category has been added to the Categories page. We thought that we should clarify that we consider a Series to be several stories that are connected, not a multi-chapter story. November 20, 2005 - The site has moved, hopefully for the last time. No more Geocities bandwidth issues! I've updated the affiliates page, fixing links and removing links for sites that have disappeared. Winners from Round 6 are up and Nominations for Round 7 are open.
