That's basically all I can remember. NC-17. Spike is a valued employee wherever they work. He has buffy moved into his office? or maybe she moves into his office to review him? Then there is a bottle of alcohol in his desk that she finds while snooping. Pretty sure its un-opened so it sparks an internal dilemma as to whether or not she should care about it. Spike experiences a family death.

I know there is another fic out there that roughly fits into these parameters but this is different.
