Takes place in an institution, Buffy and Angel characters either work there or are patients

I think the institution is named Sunnydale, Buffy is depressed, Spike is schizophrenic (or delusional) and sees Angelus. It is a WIP that was on Elysian Fields, but I can't find it anywhere.

I've read this, I liked this, and I've looked initially through my saved stories and haven't found it yet. But it's here somewhere...
