For whatever reason, I feel like drowning in some good old fashioned Spuffy angst. I'll take all from one shots, to multi chapters, to character studies, etc. Hopefully nothing too dark, however. I wouldn't mind if it had a happy ending, or a bittersweet one, or even an open/ambiguous ending.
I'm mainly looking for season 6, 7, and NFA. These, especially season 6 and 7 in Buffy, were very philosophical and thought provoking with the right amount of angst mixed in. Season is by far my most favorite season in BtVS, because it made one think, 'Was a soul really that amazing?', it dealt with questions of morality, of sentience, of love, of the soul, of being, it was honestly just perfectly made in my opinion, as such I'm looking for all stories such as these.
Again, I don't mind how they end. I like my fair share of happy endings, but I also like bittersweet endings, and even open and ambiguous ones (even if these are the ones that really drive me insane sometimes, because some authors will abruptly cut it and it'll feel like a cliffhanger as opposed to an actual "end", though it's probably just me, I dunno...). |
