The rules are very easy:

1.Obviously, you have to be a fan of the character Willow Rosenberg (BtVS)!

2.If you have a website, you have to put a code on your site. Note that sites will be checked(Your site must be viewable for all Willow fans. That means no porno or hate sites)!
